- Defined the B2G positioning for water management, aligned with the national Plan Eau (proposition 41).
- Onboarded 7 founding partners (ANEB, BRGM, Cercle Francais de l'Eau, Aqua-Valley, Aquanova, UIE, BdT).
- Mapped 9 thematic areas and designed the content architecture validated by institutional stakeholders.

- Assembled and led a cross-functional team (product, design, dev, editorial) from day one.
- Shipped the platform on WordPress + SCND with a funding mechanism search engine and marketplace.
- Piloted in 3 regions before national rollout, iterating on user feedback from local authorities.
